🎉 AMPly goes live for Order Review & Transfer Review — this Friday
Starting Friday, weekly injectable ordering and inter-center transfers run through AMPly. Quick rundown:
Where: order.ampintelligence.ai — your normal AMP login (same as the intranet).
1) Order Review — Orders → Order Review Each cycle you'll see your center's proposed injectable order, already calculated from your real usage. Review the quantities, bump anything you know is coming (event, training, promo), and approve. Anything untouched auto-confirms at the Monday 1 pm CT deadline — so nothing gets blocked if you're slammed, but a 2-minute look keeps it accurate.
2) Transfer Review — Operations → Transfers When another center needs product you're holding, you'll get a transfer request. The sending center accepts or declines — you're the one who knows whether you can spare it. Accept to send it on its way; decline with a quick reason if you can't.
⚠️ Before Friday — make sure your injectable on-hand counts in Zenoti are accurate. AMPly builds every proposed order off your Zenoti on-hand, so a wrong count = a wrong order. Please reconcile your injectables (Botox, Dysport, fillers) in Zenoti before Friday, and clear any negative counts — a negative drops that item from your order entirely.
🎥 Walkthrough: see the attached Loom — a short end-to-end walkthrough of both screens.

Zenoti Online Cancellations
Effective immediately: all online cancellations processed through Zenoti must be reviewed before the appointment slot is released. Do not allow same-day rebooking of cancelled appointments without PM approval. This protects conversion metrics and reduces last-minute no-show abuse. Full SOP available in the Operations tab.

Clinical Ops Incident Reporting
All clinical incidents must be logged in the incident reporting system within 24 hours of occurrence. This includes adverse reactions, equipment failures, and near-misses. Contact your Practice Manager or email compliance@weramp.com with questions. Proper documentation protects you and the practice.
