Botox Optimization Initiative:

Optimize existing patient treatments by escalating to the appropriate dose for each treatment area, helping patients achieve optimal outcomes.
Introduce patients to additional treatment areas, allowing them to experience the full range of benefits that BOTOX can provide.

Overall Goal: Increase BOTOX utilization.
By optimizing dosing and expanding treatment areas, practices can improve patient satisfaction, which in turn supports stronger patient retention and increases the average number of treatment visits per year.

Continuing Education Allowances

Don't Let Your CE Allowance Go to Waste!

We're officially more than halfway through the year, which means now is the perfect time to make sure you're taking full advantage of your 2026 Continuing Education (CE) Allowance.

CE allowance tiers for providers are determined based on the prior year's revenue, while aestheticians receive a standard $500 annual CE allowance. If you haven't planned your training yet, there's still time to invest in your professional development before the year ends.

How to Use Your CE Allowance

Before booking any training, please complete the following steps:

Obtain approval for your desired training from both your Practice Manager and Managing Partner.
Complete the 2026 CE Allowance Training Request Form after receiving approval.
Once your request is submitted, our team will verify your available CE allowance and send a confirmation email to you, your Managing Partner, and your Practice Manager confirming the request.
After all approvals have been finalized, you may register for your training and submit your reimbursement through Paycom.
